In 1982, at age 49, Gregg Sandlin, his wife Mary, and a handful of friends, broke ground on this charming home on their 2.5 acre lot just east of Georgetown. After 30 years of blood, sweat, tears, and wonderful memories, they relocated to sunny Florida to be closer to family, leaving their very Loved home in our care. We are blessed to have had the opportunity to restore, expand, and update this lovely and cozy little home, and are proud to report that it is adored by its new owners!
